So you've got a low count? Now what?

Don't panic.

There is a lot you can do to increase your count and save your manhood.

Lifestyle tips for those dedicated to fixing it.

1. Cut back on the booze and weed

Studies show excess consumption of alcohol, tobacco, and recreational drugs like marijuana can crush your sperm count. We know, we all like to take the edge off sometimes, so try to limit consumption to just once a week.

2. Avoid heat like the plague

Your sperm like to stay cool. If they get too hot, they'll die off. So take that laptop off your lap, avoid hot tubs, and if you like saunas, take a bag of ice in there to cool your nuts (seriously).

3. Replace plastics with real materials

Household plastics can contain endocrine disrupting chemicals that inhibit sperm production and reduce testosterone. Replace your polyester underwear with natural cotton and your plastic tupperware for glass, ceramic, or metal. Also, get rid of those non-stick pans. They're toxic!

4. Get active

Exercise can increase testosterone levels and sperm quality. Maintaining a healthy weight is crucial. Obesity can lead to hormonal imbalances that negatively affect sperm count.

5. Smart Supplements

Not all supplements work. But some have been shown in clinical studies to help sperm count and health. Consider supplementing with:

  • CoQ10
  • Vitamin E
  • Vitamin C
  • Fenugreek
  • Ashwagandha
